I have a collection of varieties that Murray Redpath gave me a few years ago to try in the northern climate. The trees grow all right, apart from damage by the lemon tree borer, but the yield is very low. Whiteheart and Butler (5 trees of each) give us enough nuts for our own consumption most years, but the others have hardly any. - 3/5/21
