Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (125gm) cream
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 50gm dark chocolate chopped finely
- 1/3 cup (110gm) hazelnut spread
- 1 tablespoons Frangelico (optional)
Method
Combine cream and sugar in a small saucepan. Bring to the boil, remove from the heat. Add chocolate and hazelnut spread, stir until smooth.
Top the puddings with ice-cream then the chocolate hazelnut sauce.
